… na ir dar apie Velykas …

Nekalbėsiu apie tai, kad dabar Velykas švenčiame kaip …. kaip pagonys negaliu paskayti, nes nei tikri krikščionys, nei tikri pagonys taip velykų nebešvenčia.
Noriu pasidalinti keleta minčių apie tai, kur siekia krikščioniškų Velkykų šaknys. Pirmiausia, tada jos net velykomis nesivadino. Jos vadinosi Praėjimo šventė. Ji buvo švenčiama prisimenant, kaip stebūklingai Dievas išgelbėjo žydus iš Egipto vergystės.
Dievas baudė Egipto gyventojus ir faraoną už tai, kad šis nenorėjo geruoju išleisti žydų. Dievas siuntė dešimt bausimių, kurių paskutinioji buvo skaudžiausia - turėjo mirti visi Egipto pirmagimiai. Tačiau šios bausmės buvo galima išvengti. Tereikėjo papjauti avinėlį ir patepti jo krauju savo namų staktas, kad naikinantis angelas pamatęs krauju pateptas staktas Praeitų pro šalį.
Dabar šiek tiek istorijos ir archelologijos:
Egiptiečiai tikėjo po mirtiniu gyvenimu. Visi, vergai ir turtingieji, statydavo savo namus iš tos pačios medžiagos - molio plytų. Tai simbolizavo laikinumą. Tačiau šventyklos ir kapai buvo statomi iš akmens, nes buvo tikėta, kad jais bus naudojamasi po mirties.
Egiptiečiai tikėjo, kad žmogų sudaro penkios dalys. Jei viena iš jų išnyktų, tai žmogus amžiams nustotų egzistavęs.
- Kūnas - štai kodėl jie jį mumifikuodavo (kad po mirties būtų galima toliau gyventi).
- Šešėlis.
- Ka arba gyvybinė entergija.
- Ba arba žmogaus charakteris.
- Ir, žmogaus vardas.
Vardas buvo labai svarbus Egiptiečiams. Tai rodo ir tas faktas, kad po Hačepsut mirties buvo bandyta ištrinti jos vardą iš visų vietų, kur jis buvo minimas. Taip buvo stengtasi ištrinti ją ir iš po mirtinio gyvenimo.
Taigi, vardas. Grįžtant prie statybos įpatumų, vienintelė akmeninė dalis egiptiečio namuose, buvo durų staktos ant kurių šeiminikas užrašydavo savo vardą. Taip buvo tikimasi, kad suirus namui, vardas išliks amžiams, o tuo pačiu ir pomirtinio gyenimo viltis.
Žydai gyveno Egipte ir per 400 vergystės metų buvo perėmę ir jų gyvenimo įpročius.
Įdomu, kad Dievas liepia jų vardus patepti krauju. Tuo lyg ir Dievas bando žmonėms prodyti, kad ne vardo užrašymas akmenyje garantuos amžiną gyvenimą. Amžinybė yra tų, kurie pasitiki Dievu ir savo vardus patepa avinėlio krauju.
Tai buvo simbolis Jėzaus, kurs vadinamas Avinėliu, kuris naikina pasaulio nuodėmes. Mūsų vardas išlieka amžiams ne todėl kad parašėme perkamiausią knygą, užauginome geriausią vaiką, pastatėme bažnyčią, pasodinome medį ar pavogėme miljoną litų (arba milijardą eurų) . Mūsų vardas (o su juo kartu ir visas gyenimas) išlieka amžiams jei patikime Jėzumi Kristumi ir sekame Juo.
